So I have been slacking on the blog: almost 2 weeks without a post!  Turns out it takes a good bit of time to take care of an infant.  Who knew?  😉

Of course, we had an idea of how much time it took but, as they say, you don’t really know until you actually do it.  We’ve been having a lot of fun, some difficult moments, and — we must admit — at least a couple “what have we done?” moments.  The latter two are easily over-ridden by the “wow, this little girl is amazing!” and “how can you love someone so much?” moments.  Still, it wouldn’t be the whole picture if we didn’t confess to the trying times, too.
